     In general,  the biographical sketches narrate only  the first and second generations and the  parentage of the focus couple, (the case study),  if preserved records are available.  Beyond  these generations, brief data is provided on the remaining generations to present day. If present generations have been contacted,  it is so noted. The sketches are updated and new sketches are added as time allows. 

Master Table to Case Studies  

Instructions:   The data table shows the current case studies completed (*) or under query.  The full completed case study will be available to paid subscriber s via our Substack page. where they will find the teaser and a link to the narratives are in the form of PDF documents stored on a secure Google Drive site. This makes editing far more efficient as the need for revisions and refinements arises. The process of discovery invariably demands revisions and refinements.  As expected, each case generates progress notes, assessments, and analyses regarding select features of ongoing research and these features will be presented as free blogs entries, (called INSIGHTS,) to all subscribers. However, only paid subscribers will have access to the full case studies. 

 

If you have data or images you wish to contribute, please contact the researcher at narrativesinblackandwhite@ gmail.com  be sure to include a working email and as much of a source citation as possible to aid verification. The researcher will likely  contact you for follow-up.  You will received full credit for any contribution, which may appear in endnotes or in a seperate blog post treatment.
